At the begining of last year I used to think that I had got a mistake having chosen international relations department.

I wasn't allowed by my mum to change it, so I just hoped that after my graduation I would get the opportunity to work in a foreign languages club.

I couldn't even imagine that chance would appear any time soon.

I was offered to try myself as an English teacher for kids.

It wasn't that easy.

I was required to have some training, write a million of lessons' plans, work on some learning stategies, provide several test open lessons under supervision of an experienced teacher and, finally, get TKT, the exam that's supposed to affirm your ability to teach people English by using the communicative approach.

To brag, I've got it and even scored high on this test.

Initially I worked with enthusiasm, anticipating growing the accomplished English teacher.

However spending more time with children got me thinking: "Is teaching what I really want to keep doing throughout all my life?" The answer was: "definatelly no".

I found out that I was absolutely indifferent to kids.

Anyway, I proceeded working in the english center, even so I disliked it and I didn't spent enough time on my studying because of it.

I got absolutelly beat at the end of each day, trying to combine my JOB, studing at the university and taking dancing lessons, Ultimatelly, I understoood that for now pursuing education and self-studying are more important than working, not to mention that I wasn't content with my wages at all, so I quitted working and put my nose in studying.

This job taught me a lot, but still I'm convinced that it was a right choice, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to understand that teaching is not about me))
