I have met Matt last September, when I was looking for someone to be responsible of the projects in ----.
Soon after talking with him, I decided he could be the right person to occupy that position.
He worked for the Ngo since January until August.
During the period in which Matt has worked with us, I have never had any problem with him.
He is a serious worker, always motivated in learning as much as possible about the work situation and about the people involved in it, in order to make the best of everything.
He is a natural team worker, able to understand and value the people he is working with.
