Some people say that there is no future for office sharing.
Other people disagree.
I will write about pros and cons of office sharing and express my own opinion.
The advantages of shared working places, is that you could have conversations with your colleagues.
That is especially really helpful if workers having troubles in different duties.
Shared offices spaces helps people to motivate each other and this positively affect your work.
Additionally, in a shared office you would have a better time management because nothing and nobody could interrupt you.
Moreover, you have more flexibility in creating you own work.
Otherwise the disadvantages are that workers may be have to pay for the work space and you have to share and may be book a conference room for every meeting in advance.
Furthermore, It could be that other colleagues distracts you, while they make for example loud telephone calls the whole day.
In my opinion, it is much more effective if you work in a office with other people because you can help each other.
And if you may be have lack of motivation the colleagues could motivate you than as a follow people works more productive.
