This is an exercise.
I thought that punctuality be of no great importance. but I know that bad habit not only affect my life, but also trouble to others.so I changed myself, I make a reasonable plan to I can win in the work with my partners. you Know, it would be in my partners best interest to do not become a person who add trouble and no concept of time.
This ideal comes from my experience that I waiting for my friend.
One day, my friend Mary and I supposed to go to the cinema, I am not late, but she was late for an hour, my mood from anxiety changed to angry.
Although I am unhappy, I do not blame her.
I think I always let someone waiting for me, they must have felt uncomfortable.
I learned the value of time, but also learned that I need time to. in order to change this bad habit,I booked time plan.
Fortunately I correct my mistake.
I have set mind on revising the plan why use it to realize my future plans.
For example, I want to be a design team leader, then I need to growth professional and management of the experience, it is time to customize a time schedule.
Rationally distribute time between learn and work all day.
My colleagues and I discussed this plan, They found my thoughts to help their work, The reason is that we are all at the same time more than 3 projects.
After a period of implementation, our whole team work efficiency becomes higher.
