Space Research Every year humanity spends billions of dollars on space researches.

And it hard to say if it paid off and if it was worth the spending so much efforts.

So it is not a surprise that there has always been considerable discussion about whether governments should spend taxpayers’ money on space research.

Some people believe that space researches are just waste of time and money, but others believe that space projects our future.

I totally agree that we should spend money on it no matter how expensive it is.

Firstly, the main reason to study outer space is the well-known fact, that Earth can not exist forever.

I mean that there are always a danger to whole world, like natural disasters, overpopulation, environmental problems, lack of provisions and etc. So, it is good to have backup plan and to move out to another planet, for example.

Of course, such problems could appear only after centuries, but in my opinion we should be ready for it and make sure that there is no danger for future generations.

Secondly, it is possible that outer space research may provide us with some information which may be beneficial in helping to find things that do not exist on Earth.

We can find another planet inhabited by intelligent beings and share experience with each others.

Or maybe extract different minerals, fuels, what can solve all our energetic problems.

Despite the fact that there is a chance that all this examples will never come true, humanity totally should take a shot.

Moreover, technologies are developing very fast and become more and more cheap every year.

So it is very possible that someday trip to moon will cost like a ride on a bus nowadays.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I completely support space research and I'm sure that it will bear fruit someday.
