I speak Russian and English.

Ok, I need little more practice for improving my spoken English, but I have good vocabulary and good writing/reading knowledge.

BUT, this is mainly reason why I applied for developer position.

If I spoke English fluently, I would apply for executive management position that match my knowledge.

My professional development in past 25 years went from developers to C-level management, and now I looking for the new challenges to achieve my personal maximum and because that's I chose US.
