I don't speak English. Why?
Hello!
I'm from Russia, and I wish to stude to learn English freely.
When I went to school, we studied grammar within nine years, but I still don't speak English. Why?
Because we gave too much time to rules and too little - to conversations in English.
Therefore I worry, that English-speakers cannot understand me because of my pronunciation.
I know many separate words, but I can't make the offer.
Sometimes it seems to me, that all my knowledge of English come to an end on a phrase " Hello, my name is... " :)
