First of all , I am of the same opinion that in germany, the education system offers equality of opportunity to everyone, rich or poor.
It is not important whether the child is born here or whether the child is a refugee.
Because all children have the right to education.
I think every child, rich or poor can reach his goal.
Because their parents do not pay.
The point here is, that the state must give money for schools.
Because the state must make sure that all children should have the same rights.
In my opinion, this is a good rule, There are parents who do not have much money.They should also get the chance send their children to school.
Some families also get money from the government to buy school supplies, for example for books.
There are also projects in schools serving for support, for example for class trips.
Another point is, in Germany there is the "compulsory education"(Schul-Pflicht).
The "compulsory education“ means, that parents, rich or poor, have to send their children to school.
They do not have other choice.
After all, I think it should stay that way, that schools and kindergartens may not cost money.
In this way, each child, rich or poor, get a good education
