I think that the best experience in interpersonal relationships I got during a participation in the Model UN conference 2015.

It is a simulation of the United nations conferences, where every student was a delegate of a certain country, whose aim was solving a proposed problem.

This helped to look at an issue from another point of view as the participants are made to speak on behalf of their country, not expressing their own opinion.

The delegates aren't allowed to speak Russian, because participants were not only from Belarus, so it was a great opportunity to improve English skills.

In my committee were students from Shri Lanka, China, Spain and I really got along with them.

We exchanged some fascinating facts about our countries and it always interesting talk to people, whose culture is completely different from yours.

Thanks to the Model UN I got unique experience in diplomacy and improved communication and critical thinking skills.

One of the aspects of participating in it is a team-work.

The ability to get everyone working and pulling together is an essential part while working within a group.

When everyone is working together, things can get done more quickly and efficiently, so understanding is extremely important and in my group relationships were very good, because all delegates respected each other.

We were on the same wavelength and it is an amazing feeling!

Ideas were generated instantly and collaboration brought us excellent results in our resolution.

I will participate at the simmilar conference at this spring and I'm really waiting for it!
