  • Flaws

  • I have a few flaws, but they are not so obvious and not intense.
  • For example, if the project doesn't interest me, or doesn't require immediate execution, I can be lazy and put off the work on the last day.
  • Sometimes I became shy, usually when I meet unfriendly person.
  • Also I feel shy when I'm not sure how to act, what will happen, how others will react, or when all eyes are on me.
  • But actually I think that in soon future I'll overcome this flaw through practicing.
  • The last flaw is criticism.
  • I always see a thing from all sides.
  • In all the good I can find the bad, and vice versa - in bad things good parts.
  • I like when the work is done correctly, so some cases I can trust only to myself.
  • In my opinion, criticism gives scope for improvement, but the choice of language and the way to put criticism ahead should not be offending and appropriate.
