I think it is stupid to try to generalize constantly the habits of the population of a country.

It is evident that for a big majority of young people in Spain their appearance has an important value.

The adolescence is a decisive moment in the life because during this period, teenagers develop their identity, so it is normal that young people take an interest in everything related to fashion, trying to define their physical appearance.

The way of dressing says a lot about people, and for this reason, many teenagers look for inspiration for theirs outfits in the hundreds of magazines about fashion destined to young people.

These popular magazines offer advice about the way you can colour your nails or the more fashionable haircuts and they recommend you the better shops to buy trendy clothes.

But it is enough to go to a high school to realize that each teenager is different, and while there are some of them who depend a lot on fashion up to the point of being obsessed, there are other adolescent who are more interest in other subjects.
