  • My biggest achievement

  • Achievement of which I am most proud of is my master thesis.
  • I was interested in what factors are important for sharing knowledge in organization.
  • So, I proposed this topic to my consultant in University and she liked it and the fact that I am so initiative.
  • We toghether had to think what methods should we use in the research.
  • I also had to think how to gain data from the employees of the organization so it wouldn´t take a lot of time to them.
  • Through active cooperation with my consultants, employees of the organization we searched, the most important factors for sharing knowledge are trust and communication.
