Alcohol and dug abuse is a purely medical problem and should be solved by doctors.
I have another point of view about this statement.
The 1st it is a social problem and it should be solved too by society.
Medical care is, in my opinion, the 2d factor influencing this problem.
Psychologists, relatives and friends must help to overcome these addictions.
Society should dictate the right healthy and active lifestyle.
The country needs to organize various activities and meetings on which many movies seem devoted to harm from these bad habits.
In other words, society should participate in resolving the above poblems.
