As for my academic activity I have always been interested in macroeconomic processes, their impact on firms and households state in particularly and the subjects in which math can be applied.
I would like to highlight the paper “Leading indicators of financial crisis” and my B.A. thesis “The macroeconomics effects of quantitative easing policy in EU”.
The first one is devoted to finding the main indicators, which can show whether the corporate defaults threaten the economy.
As case study China was considered with a conclusion the risk of defaults is significant in this country.
And then the forecast was verified by the series of corporate defaults in 2014-2015.
My B.A. thesis “The macroeconomics effects of quantitative easing policy in EU” is more complicated and include not only the theoretical basis of the quantitative easing policy but also the case study Europe with the application of DSGE-based model.
So some results prove true already now: for instance depreciation of the euro against the dollar.
Furthermore during my study I managed to complete two practice projects namely the business plan for bakeshop and the foreign trade contract for furniture supplier.
