The cultural situation of the 21st century is characterized by its complexity and multivaluedness.

It is differently evaluated as in structural, so as in anthropological and existential senses.

The past of human mentality is near the present in cultural world of our days and sometimes they war with each other and sometimes the form a sort of a polymorphous whole sphere.

The actual change of cultural paradigm places the contemporary human in the position “on the bounds” of time and temporal structures, that leaves its mark in all spheres of culture, on the pattern of consciousness and on the model of mentality.

The blurring of the structures’ bounds, that used to seem steady and semantically defined, is accompanied by the appearance of “ the openness’ , the high communicativeness and the overcoming of traditional cultures’ closeness, and the break of ethnic and esthetic stereotypes, the pluralism of cultural codes, and the multiplicity of senses.
