As far as I've read about language learning articles, attending a class or having lessons with professional ones (Private teacher, internet courses..) has these advantages comparing with learning on your own:
1.
Receiving feedbacks:
=> You could know what's going wrong and then correct it right away. 2.
Methods:
=> They already had a teaching plan including various good methods for speaking,writing... and they can tell you what exactly you need to do to be good at which term (speaking,listening...)
3.
Practicing:
=> If you attend a class, you can practice your skills with your classmates to improve them further without getting bored comparing with practicing on your own at home.
In my opinion, those three can also be achieved when I learn by myself.
There're also various ways to check your works without needing someone to do it in person like recording your voice to check for pronunciations and accents.
Same goes with methods and practicing, the internet has them all.
Of course, in my definition, learning on my own is NOT like "learning without interaction" but learning without someone there to teach me step by step.
I know it will take a lot of time but I believe doing that will help me to understand languages BETTER THAN EVER.
