  • There have a words:healthy is the source of revolution ,It's more emphasize the healthy.In fact , the mayjority people think the physical healthy and mental healthy not connection.They even not recognize the importance of mental meaning for body.Fortunately,more and more people realized it.The follwing is my ideal of health lifestyle and achieve life living ways. 1.Diet.
  • At breakfast we should have a good meal , supply our body nutrition.For example,the vegetable have rich vitalmin ,eggs and meat have rich protain。 We should have an abantant luntch ,and eat more.it will supply us more energy.
  • We should have a light dinner.it means little salt,little oil and more vegetable and roughage.It 's efficient to reduce obesity and cardiovasular disease.
  • 2.Living habit.sleep early and get up early ,don't stay up late or night.
  • keep exercise,slowly walking after meal .
  • Stretch yourself everday .Or your favoriate exercise.
  • keep clean,keep your home clean,you'll feel good mood,keep your kitchen clean,keep youself chean.
  • 3.Mental. everday keep a good mood.
  • Share your happ with others,You'll happy more.If you not happy,you can listen musical or sing it,Your heart will release ,It work for me.or go to a spacious places,see the blue sky,fly bird,white cloud, vitality trees.Then you'll think everthing is ok,blowing in the wind.
  • If you have troublesome ,don't bury it into your heart,tell your family or your trust friend working out together. Thank You!
