  • When: I started swimming when I was a child.
  • My parents wanted keep me busy after school at the same time I have learnt to swim.
  • Where: I went to a swimming pool near to my home.
  • I started in the school and when I grew up I got into the club.
  • Benefits: It’s a very healthy sport; there are four strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
  • I was good in breaststroke the same in front crawl.
  • I have won many trophies during the time I was in competition.
  • As well, I met a lot of people and made new friends.
  • When I left the competition I have had continue swimming.
  • At the present time, I have my certificates as assistant swim teacher and as lifeguard.
  • I feel free every time I go to the swimming pool for a while.
