Learning is an amazing process, all the people are in need to learn new things in life, wether it's related to an academic field or in general life, all of us are in need to find a way for doing it, and especially the right time for it.

There are people who may believe that evening or night is the best time for that.

In my view, the best time for studying to improve our abilities to master the materials is in the morning, and I believe this for two reasons.

First, the brain in the morning is more fresh as well as the body, which will help the person to do a good job in figuring out how to solve the problems and how to pick up good notes from the materials while taking them.

For example, last year when I started my new semester in safety engieering, in university of Batna in Algeria.

I had a lot of classes, and I was facing troubles to understand the new materials that we were given, and when I started getting up early in the morning and focusing on them, I found out that my brain was really fresh, and wasn't distracted from the noise that was made at night nor in the evening by my nighbors.

So, after a while, I found myself made a progess in the material, and when I passed my exams, I had almost the perfect scores in these classes which made me so happy for my achievement that I made.

So as you can see studying in morning would be an adavantage because of the brain and the body are more fresh.

Second, learning in the morning will gives you full capacity in concentration while learning the new materials, which would provide more time saving because you're one hundered percent concentrated in the materials, and paying full attention to what you're learning.

For instance, I remember when I was going into my final exam of chemistry last year, I had a lot of pressure on my shoulders, and the noise was made by other students at night which made it impossible for me to focus on the material that I have in front of me.

Which made me shift my review for it in the early morning so I could have a full concentration and avoid the distraction made by other students in the back.

After only two weeks of preperation I passed the exam, and I found the questions were supper easy for me while it was challenging for the students who was studying in the evening and at night.

As you can see studying in the morning would gives the person a full concentration and eleminate any distraction would be made by other students.

In sum, some people prefer learning in the evening or at night because of their schedule that would impose on them to do that.

Others prefer studying in the morning.

I prefer studying in the morning because you will not only having a fresh body and brain, but also you will have a full concentration on the materials and thus saving more extra time to do other things in life.
