Working is vital in life, there are many research been done on the quality of working individually or by being in a team with another person in order to reach the highest performance.

Some people believe working as individual is better, others prefer to work with another person rather than being alone.

In my humble opinion, I believe that working with another person is better than working alone for two reasons.

Firstly, when you work with another person, you will be more active and more motivated.

This would increase the level of performance, and the contribution to the job progress that needs to be tackled.

For example, when I was in my graduate school, I had to work on my final projet, and I worked with another student to finish the project on time.

I remember when we started working together and divided the work between us.

Each one of us had something to look at and finish it on time.

Sometimes one of us can't keep up with the work because was an intense work, and we had to finish it on time.

So, we tend to help each other and motivate each other to keep up with track to finish it on time.

I remember exactly when I was looking for some data, and It was hard for me to get access to, and my friend used to tell me that he believes in my capacities, and if I just keep trying, I would definitely find it.

Those words boosted my motivation and started doing more research and asking others in order to get some feedback, and finally I got the necessary data for our research project.

So as you can see that being in a work with someone is going to motivate you and would it would makes you more active than before.

Secondly, it would make the work more easily and rapidly achieved.

Because of two brain are functioning and looking for answers and the great thing is that the way of thinking and reasoning differ from someone to another.

And Even though sometimes you make mistakes unknownlly, your colleauge would spot them and warn you from doing things in the wrong way.

For instance, in the example that I mentioned previously about the project that I did with my friend.

When we devided the work into big tasks, and then we divided it into small tasks in order to be able to accomplish it on time.

It made the work easy especially when you know what exactly you're looking for, though sometimes my friend used to make some mistakes in his analysis, and by consulting me, I correct him and show him the right way of dealing with certain aspects in order to get the accurate results.

As you can tell, being in a team with someone would absolutely make the the work less hard, and more orginized to be finished in the best frame work.

To sum it up, working is great thing, and especially when we know how to do it in the right way.

Some of the workers prefer to work alone, others would choose to work with one another.

For me I prefer to work with another person because you will not only get motivated and increase your perfermance, but it would also make the job more easily and achieved rapidly.

And I highly recommend for workers to take this path in order to achieve sucess in their lives.
