The subject of Physical Education for a long time was taught in a practical manner without involving the theory, but over the years with the development of the technology the lifestyle of the people was changing, giving way to a generation that sedentary does not perform any sort of physical activity, to eradicate this problem the government decree increase the hours that it was physical education, forcing teachers to change the traditional methodologies and return to the field theoretical-practical.

A method to implement is the use of programs such as a learning tool and to awaken interest in the students in the traditional sports and games, thus creating not only athletes mostly prepared, if not people with healthy habits to see sports as a fun activity and des stressful.

The following project seeks to encourage and facilitate the teaching of the discipline to carry it from the theoretical shape the practice, which corroborate the importance of this subject in the school curriculum.

To carry out this multimedia project will require the implementation of programs that will help us to develop the elements that will contain the interactive CD and turn to their respective creation.
