The UTC owner, Ricardo Pessoa, that signed one plea bargaining agreement with the Public Ministry and reported the bribe payment for lots of authorities, affirmed to the Petrobras CPI at this Tuesday that he is "writting a new history" and "the most of politics and governments that I had lived with are honest".
