1-Insha´Allah(hoffentlich) wollen wir mal eine kleine Reise in unsere Gedanken machen.=We hope to make a small journey into our own thought-world.

2-Lehnen wir uns nachhinten und überlegen mal alle für uns selber und lesen Aufmeksam mit Insah´Allah(hoffentlich).=Let us stop a while and think about everything and read them out with attention.

3-Hast du(heute) versucht dich von schlechten Versamlungen fern zu halten?=Have you today tried to keep away from your bad gainings?

4-Hast du (heute)versucht,übertriebenes Lachen und Scherzen zu vermeiden?=Have you today tried to avoid exaggerated laughs and jokes?

6-Hast du dich heute als du wütend warst zurückgehalten und geduld ausgeübt?=Have you today tried to draw back and be patient when you became furious?

7-Hast du Allah(Gott) heute um Vergebung für deine Sünden gebeten?=Have you today prayed to God to forgive your sins?

8-Hast du dir(heute) Gedanken über den Tod und das Grab gemacht?=Have you today thought about death and grave?

9-Hast du über den letzten Tag und seine Angst nachgedacht?=Have you ever thought about the Last Day and your worries?

10-Hast du heute deine Eltern mit Liebe und Respekt behandelt?=Have you today treated your parents with love and respect?

11-Hast du deiner Mama heute einen Kuss auf die Wange geschenkt und gesagt wie wichtig sie dir ist?=Have you today put a kiss on the cheeks of your mumy and told her that how important she was and is.

12-Hast du den Armen und Bedürftigen was gespendet oder wenighstens an sie gedacht?=Have you made donations for poor people and the ones in need or have you at least worried about them?

13-Hast du heute irgendein Unglück beantwortet mit:''Zu Allah(Gott) gehören wir und zu ihm ist die Rückkehr.=Have you today answered any bad-luck back as=We belong to Him and the return is to Him.
