On that windy summer day, one cruise ship came to the shres of the Caribbean.
All day was sunny and warmy weather, but in the evening weathar has worsened, storm began, started the rain, it was cold and the wind rose.
Suddenly terrible happened, a gigantic wave hit the ship and turned it.
Fortunatelly, it was close to the island and passengers can easily get there by lifeboats.when crew members reached the island hehind them flew rescuers.
The sea was rough and strong gusts of wind rocked the helicopters, but despite the terrible weather, the rescue mission was going like clockwork and23 people were quickly airlifted to safety.
Thehelicopters refuelled and went back to pick up the final crew members, but just as the second chopper was ready to return something awful happend.
Storm arose and appeared even more fog, in this weather, they can not make flights.
So rescuers had to wait until the weather improves, to save the people.
They spent the whole day without food and water in appallig coditions and a small uninhabited island.
To shelter people did refuge from the trunks of young thees and branches and than they waited out there day.
The leaves crackled under their feet as they were thying to keep warm.
Shaking with cold, they wrapped a blankets around themselves.
After an exhausting few hours, everyone was safe and recovering in hospital.
They finally got home safe and sound at last.
