Marilyn Monroe (real name Norma Jeane Mortenson) was born the 1st of June 1926 in Los Angeles.
She was third child in her family.
Marilyn had a difficult childhood.
Her mother had mental problem and it she often got to hospital.

Marilyn's image was invented by John Hayd with whom she soon began the love story.
Hayd thought up to her, not only pretty name, but also forced to make a few small plastic surgeries.
The first serious role Marilyn got in the movie «Ladies of the chorus».
Two years later two movies where Marilyn was a main character were made: «The asphalt jungle», «All about Eva».
Over time her fees amounted in millions, as well as her admirers.
Meanwhile Marilyn divorced with James Edward Dougherty and in 1954 she married the famous baseball player Joe DiMaggio.
Their torrid love story lasted about two years and had scandalous popularity.
Joe did not like that Merlin exposes her body on display, and he often beat her.
Their marriage did not last a year.
In 1961 Marylin got acquainted with John Kennedy when he wasn't a president yet.
For a long time, their relationship kept a secret, but once everything became known.
