-working at youth centers to activate it again and give the youth and the young people their age between (11-35) the opportunity to benefit from the activities on the center and start their activities on the youth center at their community.
-explain to youth the importance of youth centers and how they can befit from the activities inside it and how to improve and work on it to serve the community.
-train the trainees to discover their talents and accept themselves.
-train the trainees to accept the others and accept the difference between each other.
-train the trainees how to build a team and work together in the youth center to achieve a specific goal and start initiates to help in developing of their community.
-Responsible for groups of children their ages between 6-14 to enter a international competition at the FLL (First LEGO league ) Robotics .
-Giving courses for children at LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Programming Robotics.
-Train the children how to work at a team work environment.
-Provide the children with the skills they need to improve their performance.
-Giving sessions to my colleagues and new staff members regarding our work at the organization and how to deal with the children.
