I acted on construction sites near high-pressure gas pipes.
The subcontractors had to find all the faults on pipes (leaks).
My role included to Control the compliance works.
I followed the schedules of execution by coordinating all operational interfaces.
Every day, with the progress reports, I informed the client about the progress of the work, the problems encountered and the action plans.
I also verified the compliance with safety rules and environment on the construction site, for example the wearing safety equipment and the respect of the procedures.
To finish, I sensibilized subcontractors on the construction sites related to security.
On the construction sites, the operations were in compliance with client’s procedures and regulations and there wasn’t accidents recorded
