In July 2012, a new decree amends the Labour Code concerning the protection of workers exposed to asbestos fibers.

The company had to apply all regulatory requirements of the new decree to continue its activity.

My role was to set up the requirements of decree relating to asbestos risks I developed a “Comprehensive Risk Assessment Inventory” related to risks of asbestos and deconstruction.

I identified risks and dangers of asbestos removal and demolition.

I evaluated the risks and dangers.

I proposed solutions to reduce or eliminate the risks and dangers.

I also managed and animated Quality-Safety-Environment management system.

I defined the types of controls for each test sites, created and updated the procedures.

When I modified the new procedures, I sensibilized the operators on the construction sites.

After, I made sure everybody understand the changement and apply it.

At each contruction site beginning, I had to check that all the necessary documents to security was in place.

I should also check that the equipment was compliant.
