  • Teenagers with low self-esteem

  • Many teenagers and even as an adult struggle with low self esteem.
  • It is just because they want to be accepted by and fit in the society so desperately that they even ignore themelves.
  • Low self-esteem leads to a variety of problems regarding not valuing yourself, from aggressive behavior to depression to to teen pregnancy to substance abuse.
  • All in all you will lose more and more control about yourself and pass this control on to sombody else and ending up living somebody else's life.
  • The worst thing that can happen to you is that you begin to justify or make up excuses why you are in that certain position.
  • From the way I see it, being confident is believing in yourself that you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it and put all of your energy into something.
  • You have to acknowledge that you are worth being happy and being respected by others.
  • Most of the people see confident people both as arrogant and haughty but that is not true.
  • With a healthy self-esteem you are able to be successful and create a life that you want.
  • I hope many people get on the right track again and keep looking for the things which make them happy and treasure themselves
