In the short term Company shall start preparatory works for installation of vertical mooring walls, as well as preparation for construction of motor road.

However for the full engineering of these facilities Company does not have the necessary information.

Drawings with Approved-for-Construction stamp are highly required for preparation of Method Statement, as well as for signing contracts with suppliers of materials of long fabrication time.

The drawings received from you in March that do not have final revision are not sufficient at this time.

Delay in obtaining the needed drawings may cause the delay of other operations such as preparation of all technical documents and Company's general work schedule, which is unacceptable neither for Contractor, nor the Client.

Based on stated above Company hereby requests you to expedite provision of Working documentation bearing stamp and signature of the responsible person, which would allow us to guarantee implementation of construction works, as initially planned, in due time as per the Contract.
