In my opinion the absenteeism and delay is a burning issue in all organizations.
Employers are indignant and try to solve this problem much.
I would like to advise you the idea in the solution of this global problem.
The flexible hours are the best variant,especially for students and young mothers.
On the one hand,it is big advantages.
The person can combine two works and earn more.
On the other hand,it will be difficult to employers to be arranged under each employee.
During the working day employees will often change.
It will be difficult to employers to tract who was at work and who isn't present.
I consider that at flexible hours there will be less delay.
It first of all is better for employers because people will be able to develop in other spheres ,to find more time for a family and the hobbies.
The employer should encourage the employees,to allocate awards to conscientious employees.
