Mistery Shoppers.
Mistery shoppers are people whose job is spying in cinemas, restaurants and retail stores to give to the magnanement detailed feedback about the service they have received.
I think that It is a good idea because the staff' behaviour used to be different if the owner of the store is looking at them.
Also, they are real people, and their opinion have to be taken in account like an real opinion of the consumer.
Finally, I consider that mistery shoppers could make help the stores to improve their service.
