With the increased global demand in oil and gas, undiscovered areas of the world should be opened up to access more resources.
To what extent do you agree?
Owing the problem of oil and gas demand growth, some people think that undiscovered areas could be a solution and it must be dedicated more resources.
In my opinion, i completely agree to invest in alternative resources.
Firstly, oil and gas are not infinite resources.
That means that sooner or later we will must deal with this kind of problem.
Therefore, It needs to look for new sustainable resources which can substitute oil and gas.
They are, most of all, used for producing energy and energy can be obtained from other sources.
For instance, the sun is an infinite source of it.
Furthermore, we are already moving in that direction.
Solar panels are always more functional and reachable.
By now, a lot of new houses have it and they can produce enough energy for their own sustain.
On the other hand, these alternative sources are not enough functional to substitute completely oil and gas.
For this reason, we have to invest more and more resources in discovered areas and trying to find new solutions for this huge problem.
Universities, helped by Government, are working hard trying to solve this issue.
They are financed by large companies, which see new resources of energy as a future form of profit.
They would earn billions, with the right research investment.
For instance, ABB (Big electricity company), is investing a considerable amount of money in Polihub (Milan Startup District).
Which is the core of Italian and International Startups.
In conclusion, we are all focus on what it will be the next resources of energy that it will tackle this quick growth demand in oil and gas.
The world needs a big discovery and i am pretty sure that it will come out from a developing country, where needs are stronger.
