I completely agree with people who think that is better change and try different organizations.

Firstly, I think that changing is one of the most important part of our life.

When something changes we are always full of strong emotions.

Whatever they are, good or bad feelings, we show our real human nature during these moments.

The company is famous for its talents finding.

That means that who can deal with big changes are the best executives too.

On the other hand, leaving colleagues and the first company it is always hard.

In conclusion, I think that changing is the best way to improve yourself, but at the same time I understand people who care about their company.
