Holding competitions
There are many kinds to develop talent and discover new artists.
One of them are holding competitions.
In this kind of matters,young people can show their talent in order to win the price.
On the one hand, I think that it is a good idea, because young people could participate in a wide sort of arts, and the idea of winning make them to improve their skills.
On the other hand, in the own concep of competition one follows that there is a winner and a looser.
That situation might be too stressfull for young people.
It is clear that the real life works this way, but I am not sure If all contestans are ready for asume that.
