I am always trying to use different approaches while teaching as I follow the rule “there are no two learners study the same way”.

I understand that all the learners have different abilities and capacities.

So, for those who have difficulties I may introduce cooperative learning, or peer tutoring, or give them modified assignment.

For the gifted students I may give more difficult assignment to stimulate higher level thinking skills or encourage them to take a leader’s position in a group work where they can inspire their groupmates.

For example, while I was teaching the students during my internship, there were some students with a lower level of English.

In order to encourage them and help them to keep with others I usually gave them additional instructions (or itemized task) in order to simplify understanding and processing
