We usually have four meals a day: breakfast in the morning, lunch is between 12 and 3 p.m., afternoon tea is between 4 and 5 p.m. and dinner between 7 and 9 p.m.
We also absolutely like eating before we go to sleep.
For breakfast we prefer porridge and two slices of bread with butter, and tea with some candies.
Else I prefer a bowl of chicken soup.
It`s give me a lot of energy.
If we in a hurry we have only a bun with tea.
Before having our lunch we must cook food.
There are different ways of preparing it.
We can roast chicken,steam,bake,broil or stew.
It dependes from situation.
I know that roasted chicken or broiled chicken are very junk food.
But steamed chicken and stewed chiken is good for health.
We don`t like pork and beef,venison and fish.
But my parents absolutely like all of them.
With chicken we usually prefer steamed vegetables.
We rarely use noodles as a seconde course.
When we cooked our lunch I spread the tablecloth.
My mother sets the table and puts on napkins.
I take the knifes, the spoons and the forkes from the cupboard.
When I put the knife and the spoon on the right hand side and the fork on the left.
For the dessert we drink flavour tea with candies.
The pepper pot, the mustard pot and the salt cellar are on the middle of the table.
When we sit on the chairs and have a lunch.
When the meal is over we get up from the table and clear the table.
We clear away the dishes,the plates and cutlery when my boyfriend or my father usually do the wash them.
