What's one habit you're trying to form?
For 3 years I have poor eyesight.
It discomfort me.
So I should do exercises for eyes.
But I always haven't time for it(or maybe I'm lazy :) ) If I have done exercises in the morning, I will see very well for all day.
And I try to form this habit.
