I went to the gym and trained biceps and triceps.
Then I went to the haircut and enjoyed the result, pay 12 pounds.
Afterwards I had a lunch in a new restaurant, vegetarian meal with sausages, eggs, bread, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes.
I ordered an expresso but it was too strong.
Also I bought a new supplement mix of glucosamine, omega 3 & chondroitin.
Today I walked in different places around Wasall I doesn't know before and took photos.
Once I went back home my bank letter was arrived and a letter from Walsall College I have to send back.
