There is one famous phrase not only in my country, but also in others.
This phrase is “Actions speak louder than words”.
In my opinion, it is exactly this way.
And I know a lot of situations in which one can say that our actions are more important than what we say.
It often happens when people do not act as they say.
Once when I was at school, my friend and I were given a theme for our history semester project.
We decided to divide all work in two parts, thus our participation in preparing this project was equal.
But when I had already finished my work, I suddenly knew that she did not even start hers.
Though she always said to me that she was in her work process.
I faced a problem because of her, it was necessary to pass this project in five days, but it was not ready.
Thanks to my teacher, who understood this situation and gave me additional time.
Also there a lot of people who do not like chatting about their actions, but they can do a lot more, than anyone, who always gives a promise to do something.
And one of these people is my other friend.
He has never spoken about his achievements, his future plans, and what he is working on now, but at the same time he is one of the best students in his University.
He always says «Deeds, not words».
Thus, you can see that actions and words are not always the same things.
I believe this saying that actions speak louder than words, because I have witnessed of situations, when people say one, but they do radically the opposed.
