Dear Mr ABC,
I am writing to congratulate you on the brilliant organisation of our school’s 50th anniversary.
I am an old student of William Shakespeare Secondary School.
I graduated several years ago and it was a huge pleasure to visit this place after all this time.
The event was perfectly organised, I was really impressed with the celebration.
All the teachers’ and graduates’ speeches were deeply moving and they brought back a lot of memories.
Furthermore, it was good to see that you care about the school and it is decorated and well-maintained.
I believe it is important to organise events like that.
The school is not just a building, the most important thing in being a student is meeting new people and making friends.
The anniversary is a perfect opportunity to bring people back together, meet old friends and get back in touch again.
I particularly enjoyed seeing my old classmates during the event.
Another benefit is that the old students who return to school are often prosperous people.
They had graduated from the best universities and ran their own businesses.
They came back to the lower secondary school for the anniversary and now they want to support it with their money.
It will help you with making the school even better.
To sum up, it was an excellent idea to celebrate the anniversary in such a splendid way.
Thank you very much for your work.
Yours sincerely,
XYZ
