According to the investigation carried out in this project we can mention that in the company “Your Pharmacy Niurka", the importance is distinguished of offering customers quality care.

To perform the investigative work interviewed the owner of the company, were used surveys to thus be able to gather information about the needs to use in the application.

To consulted in sources such as: documents, books and the Internet.

Likewise in order to develop the web site, applied the methodology selected for the planning and used the respective programs such as: Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, Adobe Photoshop, The Internet is a new technology of communication very used, accessible and low cost, that many companies have decided to use due to its rapid massification, therefore the company has decided to implement this method by creating a web site that facilitates the customer service.

With the purpose of proposing alternatives for improvements, it was decided to implement a web site that it allows to optimize the services that are provided in order to give the user a quick access regardless of the location in which it is found.

This will allow substantial saving in time and minimize the need to approach the local to obtain information since through the application will have information about the products, promotions and prices.
