Dear Mr Principal, I am a member of the Student Committee and I would like to give you some details about what we have done on the student website during this past year.

First of all, I am pleased to say that the main goals of this website had been achieved successfully.

Indeed, we have created a specific webpage to inform the students about events organized in the area.

Moreover, we have made a newsletter's subscription page in a pop-up window on the home page to keep up with the local news.

This newsletter is sent to 65% of the students and we hope that, by the end of the year, more students will subscribe to it.

Regarding the college clubs, we have designed a page for each club in association with the presidents to make sure the pages reflect the image and the characteristics of the clubs.

Finally, a specific webpage has been made for products such as books or other materials that could be useful for students' lives.

This webpage has been online for a few weeks only so we cannot give relevant statistics for now, but we are pretty sure it will encounter great success among the students who visit the website.

In conclusion, I can assert that the financial help that the College decided to provide to set up this website last year, has been used in an efficient way and has reached its target.

That is why, on behalf of the Student Committee, I would like to ask you to carry on providing the money necessary for the maintenance and development of this website.
