I spoke with the new host and April in the morning about his job and different subjects, he is very pleasant guy, he was waiting for his girlfriend who picked him to Birmingham where they went for some shopping.

I went to a restaurant just nearby the bus station and ordered a kebab, asked also for a ristreto but they gave me a cappuccino, I declined it so they brought me a double expresso.

As I say English people are not very endow at made good coffee.

After that I worked out my legs in the gym and I went to Birmingham to buy some supplements I need.

I bought two box of gainer and BCAA for 88 pounds.

Some distraction today : a woman had a nervous breakdown in a bank, police catch her out from the bank straight in the police car.

I went back home and had pastas then chatted with Johanne on Facebook she want to settle down with Thibault her boyfriend.
