Store knowledge of old project helping maintain it in future
Hi everybody, please help me to correct my article :D. Thank you!
In my company, all document of any project are stored in server, but other problems such as issues, explanations, solutions for issue ... won't be stored.
Members will communicate directly, ask and answer directly -> It's faster and easier than write a question in somewhere.
Nothing will happen if that project complete success and never reopened.
But some years later, this our customer order we maintain that project.
We took long time to study it, because most of old member is out of my company.
Therefore, now we decided log all issue and discussion to internal site.
