I woke-up early this morning and went to the gym after my breakfast, worked out back and biceps hard. after that I went to St.
Matthew's Hall for lunch : fish and chips.
Also I renewed my bus pass for a month.
I went to ASDA for some foods shopping and to the beautician for a eyebrows shape.
When I went back home I cook myself for the first time, brown rice and tuna for tomorrow take at my work for my overtime.
