Hi, my frieids!

i want to tell you about my job, give a brief description!

so, I'm a m&a (mergers and aquisitions) lawyer at one of the best law firm in Russia.

Actuallly this position that i have wished to get because it wonderful to see how works international business, how makes big deals through countries, etc. moreover, m&a lawyers are considered as a elite of our profession.

i have been working at this firm for 6 months and i like it.

in general my duties are sadly and tipically.

I prepare legal opinions on various issues, conduct due dilligence and prepare relevant documents, advise our clients, write various articles for my boss.

Actually, my english skills are on very low level. if i want to grow up as a lawyer i need to improve it.
