  • The work has changed a lot over the last 100 years.
  • The technology has made the new works are very different than the works in the past.
  • For example the agriculture is one of this work that has change a lot, at the beginning of the last century there aren’t machines as tractors or others and it was necessary a lot of people to cultivate the land but currently there is necessary only one person, just like the work in factories; nowadays, there are robots and computers which make the work of a big number of workers.
  • In spite of this the humans are necessary in the factories.
  • Consequently there are social changes and working conditions.
  • In the future the most demand jobs will be associating with the healthcare because of the ageing of population, moreover there is a problem with this ageing population and this is that if the people live longer there won’t be enough money for the retirement.
  • In conclusion, it is necessary a review of the jobs and the system for paying the pensions.
