Dear friends, there is a recommendation letter. that I wrote because I want to apply to a Phd program.

Also, we were co-workers in different kind of research projects that is included an intervention to National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change (INECC) as Planner Consultant.

In addition Mister Flores participated in the Regional Planning Seminar as Invited Researcher, by the way I was responsible for manage that seminar.
