When I was younger, I though that the human race was for its own nature “good”.
I mean, the man when he was born, is plenty of goodwill’s and there is their real nature.
But due to economics and cultural determinants, their behavior could turn off to the wrong side.
Consequently, the mission of a government should be the re-education, bringing them the opportunity to come back to the right way.
But, thought the years have passed, I have changed a bit my mind in order to these reasons:
Firstly, and it is a point hard to admit, everyone is not good.
We cannot trust in the peopleas considered in a global way.
Unfortunately there is not the real nature of the human race.
Because of this fact, due to mental diseases, I do not why, but a government cannot take the premise that the human being is good by nature.
Secondly, the social and economics determinant that I have exposed before, are stronger then I thought a few years ago.
There are strong enough to make a different person.
Sometimes you cannot change the way one person has been educated.
As a conclusion, I want to say that in my opinion, the general rule should be the re-education, but we must not forget that in many occasions, there is no choice than jail.
